I loved my stay in the Apartment, Split Level, which was super spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a delightful variety that catered to everyone's tastes. The relaxing sauna zone and beautiful swimming pool added a luxurious touch that made my experience unforgettable.

The Dr Irena Eris spa services were exceptional.

Howay, the room was canny spacious and comfy, good for chillin' after a day out. Sadly, the parking was a bit of a pain, had to hoof it a bit with the kids. a nice stay though!

the water area was fantastic, very well-kept and clean. breakfast offered a delightful array of options, changing slightly each day. also, staff were very accommodating.

Spacious room with great breakfast options

I had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious room with a balcony, which was perfect for my family. The breakfast was plentiful, offering a delicious variety that kept everyone happy. the pool area was often crowded with children, which made swimming a bit challenging at times.

The spa services were top-notch, and I appreciated the variety of treatments offered, especially the unique PROBODY-Intelli-GEN complex. The stunning mountain views from my balcony were a definite highlight, great for winding down after outdoor adventures.

The breakfast situation was chaotic with poor food quality. dry bread and stale salad made for a less than appealing start to the day. I also found the noise levels from the children's activities, especially during breakfast and the live music in the lobby, quite disruptive.

Just a heads up, the hot tubs at the spa could've been warmer and bigger, but the room service was great, and overall, it was a nice experience.
